Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pourfoli mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and at least the minimum age required to form a binding contract where you live. Pourfoli is a tool for creating and managing cocktail content; you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those relating to alcohol.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the recipes, menus, photos, and other content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). By posting or publishing content, you grant Pourfoli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service — including displaying public content and rendering published menus at their shareable links. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except for content others have already saved or copies retained as required by law or for backups.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Post content that is infringing, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Professional tools disclaimer

Pourfoli provides calculators and tools for costing, batching, event planning, and menu building. These are provided for convenience and general guidance only. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for commercial, financial, or safety-related decisions. Pourfoli does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation.

6. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pourfoli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
