Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pourfoli account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

If you have the Pourfoli app installed and can sign in:

• Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and content are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account at contact@pourfoli.com with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your recipes, menus, saved batches, costings, event plans, uploaded photos, and account credentials. This action cannot be undone. Note that content others have already saved or copied, and routine backups, may persist for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
